What are the possible side effects of Niacin (vitamin B3)?
Niacin B3 increases blood circulation and usually causes red itchy skin for a few minutes. This is caused from the increased blood circulation in the joints. Although niacin is nothing more than vitamin B3 when consumed in large quantities 1000's of mg per day it can become toxic to the liver. The niacin is used to dilate the bile ducts so stones can pass easily and with out getting stuck. Although niacin is not required to do the liver flush it is greatly recommended. If your doctor says you can not take niacin do not take it but consider asking your doctor if you can take epsom salt instead. Epsom salt also relaxes and dilates the bile ducts. |

Easy step by step instructions on how to do a simple natural organic liver flush. First you will need to get all 5 ingredients listed above in our basic liver flush protocol. Once you have the five ingredients your next step is to make 24-48 oz of coffee. Make the coffee the same strength as you would if you were going to drink it. The intermediate liver flush recipe protocol is the same as the basic liver flush described at the top of the page with the addition of castor oil packs and oxy-mag . The caster pack consists of castor oil, 4"x 6" cotton cloth, plastic wrap and a hot water bottle. First you soak the 4"x6" cotton cloth with castor oil. Then you place it over your liver located over your right lower rib cage. Wrap the plastic wrap around your body holding the cloth in place over your liver. Boil some water and place it into your hot water bottle and lay down with the hot water bottle over your castor pack for 1 hr. You will do these castor packs 1 hr a day for 4 days leading to the flush. Castor packs is a very potent addition to the simple liver flush, people have been known to flush stones from their liver and gallbladder with just castor packs alone. |
